Somerset House

Ongoing project with Jane Levi, Tim Mitchell and Clare Patey working with Somerset House and Kings College London to build a series of edible gardens into the structure of Somerset House. Exploring food growing, feasting and conversation Edible Utopia came together during Somerset House's year long celebration of the 500th anniversary of Thomas More's iconic book Utopia.
